Hi I was looking at your plan and see you blackberries and raspberries are right next to each other if you have room you may want to space apart and wash tools if useing on one then going to use on other plant hope this helps Coppied from(Prepared by David T. Handley, vegetable and small fruit specialist, University of Maine Cooperative Extension) "Do not plant raspberries where tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, or eggplant have been grown within the past four years, because these crops carry a root rot called Verticillium that can also attack raspberries. Destroy all wild raspberry and blackberry plants within a distance of 600 feet of your planting site if possible, to reduce the possibility that virus diseases might be spread to your planting."Coppied

Thanks for the heads up. I'm new to gardening. We cut a barrel in half and planted the blackberry's & Raspberry in one of the barrels and 3 blueberry in another. They haven't been planted long so I could move the Raspberry and plant another blackberry. Your thoughts?
