I like to enter all the seeds I have purchased, even if I haven't yet planted them.
However, there appears to be no ability to leave the Planting Date field blank (it defaults to the date the vegetable item was created).

This makes the Harvest screen inaccurate, as it shows a "planting date" and estimated "harvest date" even for items that are not yet planted.
Of course, once I do actually plant the seeds I update the plant date and all is well, but early in the season it is particularly annoying . ..
