I posted in the feedback area by mistake. I have tried several times to use the email feature but all I get is a new window with the blank screen. I am using IE 7.

I have not heard of this problem before.
Most likely it has to do with the email program you are using and how it is connected to the browser.

What it should do is to start your email program and populate the email with the email below. It should have your userID in place of the xxx:
