Missing Vegetables?
Hey! I just heard of a new vegetable called Kale . How can I add it to PlanGarden?
Thanks,
Ken

A new vegetable discovery.
Wow! Kale, must be one of those new fangled hybreeds.
A lot got left behind as we rewrote the software to take advantage of a new faster and better engine to base Plangarden on. The new software runs on a new flash engine with a huge database that really use just below the surface now and is starting to be used. We just added plant spacing that came from the database that we developed over a year ago.
Kale may have gotten left behind, but not forgotten. There are a few final things we are going to do, but trust me adding more vegetable types and enabling our 3,000+ varietal database is on the way.
Even we have grow Kale and just use a spinach icon and rename it to the kale variety that we plant.
Thanks for the question!!

Grains
Hi
Please also add an icon for wheat, barley, etc. Even a generic grain icon would be good. There are some of us out here that do grow relatively small quantities of grains.
Thanks

beta
Thank you for the link. I added the grains from the library but it did not show up in the selector. Am I missing a step?
Thanks,
Mike

Veg selector bug
Yes, Whelchel you're right. There is a bug w/ the beta where it does not show up on the selector until you leave the app and start it again. This is an easy fix; stay tuned! Thanks for your patience
